WALTER PACKI
FOUNDER OF A NEW PAIN LOGIC
Since 1983, he has been continually working on the elaboration respectively further development of his own theory about pain (pain logic) on the basis of conventional medical knowledge.
In the “Lehrbuch der Kinematik” by Ludwig Burmester, a textbook on kinematics dating from 1888, he found the solution for this methodology. This research led to the foundation of his first surgery for biokinematics in Freiburg in 1988. With his independent, mathematically supported approach, he explained how pains arise and how they can be treated. Walter Packi was a popular guest in the media and fascinated his audience with compelling lectures. He is founder and was the medical director of the Clinic for Biokinematics.
Today, his reputation as a pioneer in pain medicine brings patients from different parts of the world to his own Practice for Biokinematics, which is based in Freiburg.
