At last! My practice is set up and I can finally live my dream: to have my own rooms where I can follow my own ideas of passing on what Walter Packi has taught me in many years. Besides my out-patient therapeutic offers, I also have the possibility to provide intensive therapy including overnight stays in a separate small apartment. That way, patients coming from further away also have the opportunity to benefit from my medical services in the same way as local patients.

Setting up my independent medical practice

At the end of January 2016, it was time to say “Good bye Switzerland”. It was a wonderful, informative time, but now I am ready: I will set up my own practice in the Celle/Hannover region in the summer of 2016. At the beautiful Lake Zurich, at the renowned Gold Coast: here, I worked in Ilona Kunzelmann’s Therapy Practice for Biokinematics until January 2016. I got to know Ilona Kunzelmann, who had worked under Walter Packi as assistant doctor for 3 years, at the Clinic for Biokinematics a few years ago.

Classic physiotherapy did not offer me the desired insights and hoped for therapeutic success, and it did not answer the open questions of “what is pain and what are successful, sustained methods to counter it”. The medicine developed by Walter Packi respectively the therapy based on biokinematic criteria was able to do this – and I had the chance to have first-hand experience of how effective it is.
